New - Add an extra module for GCSE
Getting the grades: GCSE
For tutorial time in Years 10 and 11, we have created a unique suite of videos featuring students who were filmed when they finished their GCSE exams.
Our cohorts of ethnically diverse, all state school educated, students share their advice about what to do and what not to do throughout the GCSE period. Topics include choosing and starting GCSEs through to starting Year 11 and revising for mocks, coping with the final exams: just about every aspect is covered including distractions and making the most of lessons.
The students featured have a range of relatable challenges to share, from getting distracted in and out of class, struggling in maths and English, to coping with the pressure of achieving top GCSE grades. Each video is 3-4 mins in length and comes with a discussion activity in the middle as well as the end to keep the session engaging, active and informative. Sign in, click, play. Simple.
